It's been a while since I've written an email, so I wanted to let you guys know how I was doing. I like to be here in Bermejo because it's a small little town, and it's right on the border of Argentina, so I get to see two different cultures collide. I'm basically living in a Bolivian version of Argentina. Two weeks ago, we had a baptism. We baptized a woman, Lucila Ramos. She is the mother of three children who were baptized back in May by other Elders. She is so much happier now that she is baptized and has the Holy Ghost. It really shows the influence that the Holy Ghost has in the lives of people that I teach. We've been reading the Book of Mormon as a mission, and as I've been reading it, my testimony of it and it's sacred power have been strengthened. I hope you all were able to learn a lot from General Conference. I learned a lot about the importance of keeping our covenants. Life is going pretty good here, and I hope everything is good on your side of the world!
Love,
Elder May
